terms of services
i. policy
- Digital commissions. No physical copies.
- For personal use only.
- I have the right to display the finished artwork on my portfolio.
- The client have the right to use the artwork however they want except for commercial use.
- I may decline commissions that I feel uncomfortable with.
- Only commission me once you are 100% sure.
- No NFTs
- Fulfillment of this invoice means that the client has agreed to the final details of the commission and read/agreed the terms and conditions.
ii. payment
- Paypal USD invoices only.
- Gcash for PH
- Additional 150% for commercial use.( this includes psd file)
- Additional 10 USD for complicated details or scenes and major revisions.
- Full payment after the client agreed with the finished draft/sketch.
- No refunds once the commission piece has been agreed upon.
- No cancellation after the payment has been made.
iii. process
- Dimension will be in A4 format with 300dpi
- After receiving all details. I will send the draft/sketch. Once approved. I will send an invoice through paypal e-mail the client provided.
- Major revisions will be at sketching/drafting phase and minor revisions after I finished the artwork.
- I will only start finishing the artwork after I received the full payment.
- ETA will be in maximum of 14 days after I received the full payment.
- 14 days ETA for comic strip and manga pages may extend depending on how many pages the client requested.
- No deadlines / rush artwork.
- The finished artwork will be send via e-mail through google drive.
- The client will receive the artwork with and without watermark.
